Well, Aislinn is now 11 months old, so before we make the big move and I don't update for a while here's what little Aislinn is doing now...
She's crawling, pulling herself up on things, grabbing everything off of tables of course and can walk along the edge of things.
She's opening drawers, cupboards, pencil boxes (which are now hid well out of her reach)
She claps, folds her arms when we pray, and covers her face or her head with her hands in an effort to be cute, which works quite well for her I might add
She says Bub, Dada, Nana, Mama and likes to stick out her tongue which is absolutely adorable, and she knows it!
She is trying to eat with a spoon and loves yogurt and any whole foods.
She mimics everything she sees her family doing. If she grabs my sunglasses she tries to put it on her head, her had she tries to put on, and she tries to put hair clips in her hair
She LOVES her blankets and likes to sit there pulling her blankets over her head and rubbing them over her face.
She has officially confiscated the child-sized arm chair we have and will si tthere watching tv with her blanket or standing it to watch Mommy
She figured out the head shake thing for no so if she's told "no" about something she'll stop and shake her head as if telling herself. She'll shake her head "no" if she doesn't want something now too.
She can put little shapes into her tiny frigerator, though she doesn't necessarily try to match them up by shape, just put them in the holes.
Not a very entertaining update I know, but she's sure been a delight and a blessing in our home. The kids love playing with her and she loves to follow them around and play with them too.
