Well, here it is! Me, starting my own blog for our family.... I've loved everyone else's so much and even though I don't have ALOT of time, I didn't really find facebook to be the ultimate space for letting everyone see how our family's doing with pictures and a little journal writing, so I thought that I might try this. With the kids starting school next week I think I might have a little bit of time to squeeze in now and then. Really, the thing that decided me the most was when I called my Grandmother last night and realized, since we own a digital camera and don't print out pictures anymore to send to people, how is anyone going to get pictures of our family events if I don't send them via email or put them onto cd's all the time? That's what made me feel that this might be just the best thing for everyone. So this is it!
Now to get my camera to load pictures properly. The usb on my pc doesn't want to acknowledge it and wont upload them for some reason. It was suggested I might need to install the software from the cd that came with my camera to my computer. It used to do it just fine but when my computer crashed, we had to wipe most everything and I'm betting that was included. Wish me luck!
